Bridget Welch leads the room in immersive Kundalini Mantras, assisted by Corey McHugh on world percussions and Chris Seepersaud on harmonium and guitar.
THE REQ ROOM is also host to Mantra Sound events, small production theatre performances, Arty Parties, super fun adult paint classes (announced as they come), Therese Whichello's Promusica Choir, the Rokitz weekly rehearsals, and other band rehearsals.
